Senator Akshar has released the results of his Community Voice Survey on issues facing constituents across the 52nd District. More than 5,000 responses were received by mail or online on issues ranging from the state business climate to the heroin epidemic and ethics reforms. 48 percent of responses think that reducing regulations and red tape will help stimulate job creation in the Southern Tier, while another 37 percent think taxes on small businesses should be reduced.
