The search for a level three sex offender has come to an end. Police in Norwich have arrested Shawn Fowlston. The 28-year-old Fowlston was released on parole earlier this week. He was last seen at 51 Fair St. in Norwich. Police issued two warrants for his arrest for an incident that happened early Wednesday afternoon, one for forcible touching and one for harassment. He was arrested after police found him in a room at the Sherburne Motel on North Main Street around 8:45 p.m. Wednesday. He was taken into custody without incident.
