Chance Howey, 31, has died following a fight at Seeber’s Tavern in Smithville Flats.
The victim was taken home from the bar, but was later found unconscious by family members.
He was taken to Wilson Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
An autopsy was scheduled for Tuesday.
The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
