A mother in Rome Borough has filed charges against her son after he is said to have broken into her home, drank iced tea, and stole two beers. 25-year-old Derek Finnerty was arrested after his mother called Pennsylvania State Police. Finnerty has since been sent to the Bradford County Jail on $10,000 bail.
