NYSEG reports that the natural gas distribution system in the Southern Tier is
being returned to normal, after repairs were made for a pipeline leak this weekend.
Customers in Tioga and Broome counties are no longer asked to curtail usage.
The leak was near the Broome & Tioga County lines.
