Police have arrested an Endicott man in connection with a stabbing Tuesday morning.
Police say Rolando Morales, age 19, stabbed a 37-year-old victim with a box cutter during a fight on the 800 block of North Street.
Morales has been charged with second degree assault. The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for a wound to the left hand.
