A third robbery of a Subway Restaurant in the Town of Union did not go as planned for the two robbers.
Christopher Kendzierski, 30, of Endicott was arrested Saturday as he attempted to rob the Subway on North Street.
The driver of the get away vehicle, Katelyn Morton, 24, of Endicott was also arrested.
Detectives were able to identify the vehicle used by the suspects.
Both were taken to the Broome County jail; bail has not been set.
