A teenage girl has been hospitalized after being hit by a car in the Town of Dryden. Sheriff’s deputies say that on Tuesday a 16-year-old girl was crossing State Route 13 to try to catch a bus when she was struck by the side of an oncoming vehicle. There’s no word yet on the extent of the girl’s injuries, but she was taken to a Syracuse-area hospital for treatment. Deputies are still investigating the crash and have not yet issued any tickets.
