Three Syracuse area people have been arrested in connection with a robbery at Wal-Mart in Vestal. 19 year old Terrance T. Mott Jr. of Syracuse was charged with 2 counts of robbery and 1 count of grand larceny. 32 year old Kynshsa Y. Vance was charged with 1 count of grand larceny and 25 year old Phateema S. Dixon was charged with 1 count of conspiracy to commit a crime. The Vestal Police were called to the Vestal Wal-Mart for a larceny in progress. When they arrived they apprehended Vance who was leaving the store. When they attempted to make contact with a Mott, he fled. Two Wal-Mart employees attempted to stop him and Mott knocked them to the ground and injured them. As Mott continued to run, he was eventually stopped by a Vestal patrolman. One Wal-Mart employee was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries. Dixon who was outside was interviewed by police and arrested. She was later released. Vance and Mott were both remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.
