The Tioga County Legislature officially adopted their 2011 budget at a meeting Tuesday.
The $68.8 million spending plan includes an overall property tax increase of 2 percent, although the new tax rates for each town will be decided by the state.
The 2011 re-organizational meeting for legislators is scheduled for Jan. 3.
