Tioga County Sheriff Gary Howard has issued a travel advisory recommending all non-essential travel to stay off of roads until the advisory has been lifted. It is crucial that all vehicles stay off the roads so that they may be cleared by snow plows. The Tioga County Legislature has closed all county offices for the day.
