Brian Reaser joined the Tioga County Soil and Water Conservation District staff as an Agricultural Environmental Management Specialist.
Prior to working for Tioga County, he was a project manager for the US Navy and spent a year in New Zealand to improve his farm management skills.
Brian has a degree in Industrial Engineering from Penn State University.
