An Apalachin man is dead in what Pennsylvania troopers say was an unfortunate accident. 60-year-old John Morgan suffered fatal injuries when his pick-up truck drove off a narrow bridge on private property off Burning Wells Road in Sergeant Township in McKean County, a small rural county in northwest Pennsylvania known for its hunting and fishing.
Troopers said the truck landed in a stream and overturned in the water. Police said Morgan was not wearing a seatbelt and was discovered inside the vehicle. Numerous agencies responded to the scene.
