Another local restaurant is raising money for the family of an Owego firefighter who was killed in the line of duty last month. From 5 to 8 tonight, the Top of the Hill Café in Apalachin is offering chicken and biscuit dinners to go for $10 each. Café owners and staff are donating their time and food. 100% of the money from the dinners will go to the Home Central fund, that is being used for repairs of Captain Matthew Porcari’s family home which was damaged in the flood.
