OWEGO – In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Belva Lockwood Inn is hosting a special Women’s History Tea on Sunday, March 17th or Sunday, March 24th, from 2 to 4:30 p.m.
This event will feature a delicious luncheon, a selection of fine teas, and captivating music performed by the talented Daphne Braden. The highlight of the event will be a lively exploration of the fascinating lives of Belva Lockwood and other local heroines from Tioga County.
