The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office has announced the arrest of a Berkshire man following a domestic disturbance last month.
According to police, 33-year-old Zebulin G. Jordan was charged with criminal mischief, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal possession of a controlled substance.
The charges resulted from a vehicle stop where Jordan was placed into custody for charges from a domestic disturbance that took place on Feb. 14th. He was found with a quantity of methamphetamine in the Town of Richford.
Jordan was arraigned and issued an appearance ticket in the Town of Richford Court.
