The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office is reporting an incident involving emergency medical responders in Candor. 44-year-old James Rice of Stowell Avenue in Candor was arrested after he allegedly threatened Candor EMS personnel with a knife after a disagreement.
The incident happened on Sunday February, 24th, but has just been released.
Rice was issued an appearance ticket for Menacing to appear before Justice Les Swartz in the Village of Candor Court.
