On August 15 at 02:47a.m., Tioga County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Frederick D. Whitmarsh, age 37, of 895 Ithaca Road, Candor. Whitmarsh was charged with DWAI (Driving While Ability Impaired) with drugs, a felony that deputies said occurred on August 8.
The defendant was issued tickets to appear before Justice Dence.
