The annual First Day Hike will be held at Two Rivers State Park and Waverly Glen Park on New Year’s Day.
Hikers will meet at 10 a.m. at the Waverly Glen Pavilion near the Amphitheatre before heading up through the Glen and into Two Rivers State Park.
Participants will make their way to the Scenic Viewing Deck where they will have some light refreshments.
From there everyone can explore at their own pace and determine the length of their first hike of 2025.
