The former Ted Clark’s Busy Market in Waverly has been sold.
According to a real estate broker, the longtime family-run grocery store was purchased along with four adjacent properties.
Ted Clark’s closed its doors following a 92-year run on Feb. 27.
The property was listed for $1,950,000.
In a post on social media, the real estate broker said the new owner would announce their plans for the property in the new few months.
