The jury finished its seventh day of deliberations Friday in the third Cal Harris murder trial. It was another slow day of deliberations, with jurors reconvening at 9:15 Friday. Jurors submitted two notes before they were dismissed for the day at noon because of juror appointments. Jurors will be back in court today at 9:15 this morning for their eighth day of deliberations. The jury has spent approximately 28 and a half hours deliberating so far. Jurors in Cal’s previous two murder trials deliberated for less than 10 hours over two days.
