Harris Jury Deliberations Conclude Tenth Day

Because of a juror appointment, the jury was dismissed at noon yesterday in the tenth day of jury deliberations in the third Cal Harris murder trial. The jury deliberated for just two and a half hours and submitted no notes for evidence requests or witness testimony read backs before being dismissed. The jury has deliberated for about 43 and a half hours over 10 days in this trial so far. The jury will reconvene for an eleventh day of deliberations at 9:15 this morning.
