The 2019 Tioga County Fair gets underway this week. The fair officially opens Tuesday at Marvin Park in Owego. The opening day is Dairy Day. Officials say
there will be free milk, cheese and yogurt samples in the Ag Building. The day will be jammed with events, including the best pie in the county contest at 1 … the 9th annual Little Miss and Mr. Tioga County beauty pageant at 3 … the carnival opens at 5 p.m. The main event begins at 7 o’clock … it’s the Painted Pony Championship Rodeo at the grandstand.
