Crews were busy at Marvin Park in Owego on Wednesday as they continue to make upgrades heading into summer.
Workers removed sod in the playground area and replaced it with woodchips. They are also adding drainage and a new sidewalk.
In the court section, crews were preparing for blacktop for the pickleball and basketball courts. They expect the blacktop to be poured in three or four weeks. There will also be a new fence installed.
The existing skateboard park will be removed and replaced with a new one.
