The Newark Valley Community Connection will be holding their Kids Bike Fest on Saturday.
During the event, which will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Trout Ponds Park, families can get their kids’ bikes ready to ride this summer. They will review basic bike maintenance, essential bike and pedestrian safety rules and skills.
There will also be face painting, free t-shirts and pizza.
This is a free event, but donations are always appreciated.
