The Newark Valley Summerfest is set for this Saturday at Trout Ponds Park.
The annual event will feature live music, food, a dunk tank and games, vendors and more.
Vendors will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the parade set for 10 a.m., the duck race at 4:30 p.m. and a fireworks show at 9:15 p.m.

Music 9 to 11 a.m. (Al & Chris Acoustic)
Parade at 10 a.m.
Youth Obstacle Course is 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Buff Daisy Fitness
Dunk Tank and games at the First Baptist Church parking lot
GMS Peddle Pull 1 p.m. to when it ends at Basketball Court
Music 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. (Ciara Bridges)
Music 1 to 4 p.m. (Hi-Way Fruit Market)
Duck Race 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Fireworks at Dusk (9:15 p.m.) Shot off from Cooks Hill (private property) BUT can be seen from many areas of the Town of NV.
