A bunch of charges have been leveled against a Newark Valley man who got pulled over by troopers on Industrial Park Drive in Kirkwood. State police report the arrest of 51-year-old Scott Tuttle. He has been charged with resisting arrest, aggravated driving while intoxicated, drinking booze in a vehicle and more. He will appear before a justice at a later date.
