Tioga Deputies Arrest Five on Drug Charges in Traffic Stops

Tioga County Sheriff’s Deputie have arrested five people on drug charges in two separate traffic stops. Four people are facing drug charges after the vehicle they were in was stopped on State Route 38-B. Tioga County deputies said they arrested 19-year-old Thomas Fyffe, 24-year-old Amber Dawson, 28-year-old Nicole Sivers, all of 101 Hooper Road in Endwell, and 27-year-old Anthony Lozzi of Vestal Avenue in Binghamton. They were charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th and Criminal Possession of Marijuana. All four will appear in Town of Newark Valley court on June 13.


Tioga County deputies report the arrest of 34-year-old Ashley Rudin of State Route 38 in Owego. Rudin was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled
Substance 7th. This charge resulted from a vehicle stop on Route 38 in Owego. Court action is pending.
