The Nichols Volunteer Fire Department is hosting its first ever Carnival and Touch a Truck event this Saturday.
The carnival will run from noon to 3 p.m. at Kirby Park in Nichols.
There will be fire trucks, garbage trucks and more for kids to check out.
The carnival will also feature games, dunk tanks and other activities for the kids.
A food truck and vendors will also be on hand at Kirby Park.
