An Owego man is facing drug charges following a traffic stop in the Town of Owego last month.
According to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office, 41-year-old Daniel E. Jones was charged with two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, and two misdemeanor counts of criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
During the traffic stop, Jones was allegedly found to be in possession of crack cocaine, a digital scale and packaging materials.
Jones was arraigned and released to appear in the Town of Owego Court at a later date.
