The Village of Owego will host its annual Village Appreciation Night next month.
The event will be held from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 18 at Marvin Park.
There will be live music, a bonfire, fireworks, tethered hot air balloon rides, helicopter landing, K9 demonstrations, car cruise-in, touch a truck, food, drinks and more.
This is a free event put on by the Village of Owego, Owego Police Department, Owego Fire Department and Owego EMS with many community partners and sponsors.
“This event was started post COVID to provide a fun night out at the park to celebrate the strong sense of community in the Village of Owego and we are looking forward to another great year,” a press release from the village said.
