Owego Town Supervisor Donald Castellucci joined us on the WEBO Morning Show this morning to give us an in-depth description of the progress being made with the September 11th Memorial at Hickories Park in Owego.
Featured at the memorial will be a bench in front of the monument. The bench will be dedicated to the memory of an Apalachin man who perished in one of the twin towers during the tragedy on September 11th, 2001.
A special ceremony is being held on Sunday, September 11th at 8:30am at the memorial to dedicate the new monument.
