Rob and Michelle Donahue have opened a second Blue Collar Cafe at 188 College Avenue in Elmira Heights.
Rob and sister Amy currently operate the popular Blue Collar Cafe on Route 17c in Owego. Amy will be buying out Rob in the Owego establishment, while Rob and his wife concentrate on Elmira Heights.
The Donahue’s began extensive renovations on the 15,000 foot building in November. They opened for business on Monday on the site of the former Manos Restaurant.
The restaurant will be open from 6AM to 3PM daily with later closing hours on Friday.
