The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Business After-Hours event on Friday in the Winner’s Circles Lounge at Tioga Downs. From 5:30 to 7:30 tomorrow night, you can join the chamber for a night of networking, refreshments, music, horse racing and gaming. Music will be provided by Ruckus, a four-piece local band that will also be performing at the Strawberry Festival in a few weeks. It’s also a racing night at Tioga Downs so attendees of the event can stay late and take in a night of live harness racing.
