Chemung County deputies report the arrest of 29-year-old James Yost, of Owego. He was picked up on an outstanding Arrest Warrant for Petit Larceny. That warrant was issued in January by the Horseheads town court.
Yost was arraigned and remanded to Chemung County jail on bail.
