The New York State Police have arrested four people as a result of a traffic stop in Owego.
Zachary Herman, 19, of Newark Valley, Kaitlynn Mack, 19, of Endicott, and Cody Vaughn, 19, of Endicott, were charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration.
Joshua Cottrill, 20, of Endicott, was charged with Criminal Impersonation.
All four suspects were issued Appearance Tickets to appear in the Town of Owego Court on June 30th.
Cottrill was turned over to the Tioga County Sheriff’s Office.
