New York Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul will be having coffee at the Parkview Restaurant in Owego this morning. She’ll be meeting with the Women’s Suffrage Committee before holding a Press Conference on the Court House steps around 9:30. Hochul, and Assembleywoman Donna Lupardo will join Tioga County Legislature Chairwoman Martha Sauerbrey and the Broome-Tioga Women’s Suffrage Committee to announce an event to be held this Saturday. In honor of the 100th year of women’s right to vote, the Committee has organized a tour of the historic Tioga County Courthouse on Saturday from Noon to 4.
