Owego Mayor Ed Arrington will be at the Tioga County Historical Society museum in Owego on March 1, 2011 at 11AM.
He’ll be pulling the winning tickets for two factory sealed Lionel Toy Train sets, the Hogwarts Express and the Polar Express.
Raffle tickets are available at the Tioga County Historical Society.
