A seventh-grade class at the Owego-Apalachin Middle School is holding a fundraiser to benefit the Stray Haven animal shelter in Waverly.
Stephen McGovern’s enrichment class is asking for food, treats, collars and toys for dogs and cats along with cleaning supplies and trash bags.
Community members who wish to donate can send them to the middle school with a student or drop them off at the school’s main office.
The fundraiser will run through the end of the month. For more information, contact McGovern at 687-6248.
