Owego Police revived three people suffering overdoses over two days last week. It all began at 2am last Wednesday, when officers were dispatched for reports of a 37-year-old woman that had overdosed on an unknown substance. The next call was for a 50-year-old female at 12pm Wednesday and the final call was for a 28-year-old male at 4pm last Thursday. All three were unresponsive when officers arrived, but regained consciousness once they received two doses of Narcan. The three will not be identified because criminal charges were not filed.
