The League of Women Voters of Broome and Tioga County and the Concerned Citizens of Tioga County are sponsoring a Meet the Candidates Forum on Wednesday March 2nd from 7pm to 9pm at the Hubbard Auditorium in Owego.
The election for the Owego Village Board Trustees is on March 15th.
Village Board Trustee candidates will share their views on Village activities and issues.
The format will be a round robin forum where a moderator will request the candidates to answer 3-4 questions, planned and unplanned and timed.
Each candidate will then be given an opportunity for a timed closing statement.
This will be an opportunity for Owego Village residents to learn about the views of the candidates.
