DUSTIN CHESTER DUNBAR age 20 of Tioga Center NY has been arrested by the Owego Police on felony burglary and petit larceny charges.
DUNBAR is accused of burglarizing a dwelling in Waverly on December 22nd and stealing a lap top computer and other items.
DUNBAR was arraigned Thursday in the Village of Waverly Court and was returned to the Tioga County Jail on $2,500.00 bail to await further court action.
