The Owego Rotary Club has announced plans for an open house later this month. The open house will take place on Thursday, October 17th from 5:30 to 8 at the Riverrow Bookshop on Front Street in Owego. Attendees will learn about various programs that take place within the Rotary Club. The Owego club is connected with 35,000 clubs worldwide in 200 countries.
