An Owego teenager will appear in District Court in Bradford County next month after Sayre police lodged seven counts against her. The criminal complaint filed with the court yesterday charges 18-year-old Phoenix Shumway with DUI, corruption of minors, recklessly endangering another person, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and speeding.
A preliminary hearing before Magisterial District Judge Larry Hurley has been set for June 18.
