American Red Cross has urged support of two blood donation drives in February in Owego. Red Cross says the need is urgent to keep blood supplies at normal levels during the winter months when donations decline due to holidays and cold weather. The need continues regardless of the calendar.

- Thursday, February 13, 1:30pm to 6:30pm, Owego Elks Lodge
