Relay for Life of Tioga County is today at Owego Free Academy, starting with the opening ceremony at noon. The celebratory Survivors Lap is 12:15pm this aftermoon. After dark, the Luminaria Ceremony is scheduled for 9pm. Relay for Life is a fundraising and awareness event for the American Cancer Society. Relay of Life for Tompkins County is also scheduled today.
