The Secretary of the Navy, Richard Spencer, made a visit to Lockheed Martin in Owego on Friday. Spencer gave a speech to employees and inspected several Lockheed Martin projects, including the MH-60R, the Navy’s primary anti-submarine helicopter. The fleet of MH-60Rs are scheduled to be delivered by July 2018.
