St. Patrick’s Church in Owego held its annual Fall Festival this weekend. Hundreds of people attended the festival throughout the weekend. Live music, games and vendors were set up for the crowds to enjoy. Organizers say this year there were raffles and some new vendors on site.
They say the festival has been going on for more than four decades.
