Stephen J. Donnelly will be joining Upstate Shredding-Ben Weitsman & Son as its Director of Marketing and Public Relations effective March 1.
Upstate Shredding is the largest privately owned scrap metal processor and recycling operation on the east coast.
Donnelly is in the process of relocating his family from Colorado to the Owego, New York area.
