The Tioga County Chamber of Commerce held their annual dinner last night. The event was attended by close to 200 business owners and community members. The Chamber’s annual Spirit of Tioga Awards were given at the dinner.
The Tioga County Department of Economic Development and Planning received the award for community service. The award for existing business was given to Williams and Edsall Land Surveyors PC. Early Owego Antiques took home the award for new business.
